About our Program "The Clinic" is the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery's (ASDS) on-line CME headquarters. It was developed in the year 2000 to help educate members of the ASDS in all aspects of Dermatologic Surgery. Courses are developed based on global member needs that are identified by the On-line CME committee of the ASDS. Course contents and objectives are peer-reviewed with the help of the ASDS journal, Dermatologic Surgery. Each course is certified to have appropriate requirements for CME credit. Course contents are usually published in Dermatologic Surgery several months prior to being available on the web site. Members are able to access course materials either by reading the journal or later by reviewing the material on the web site. A quiz that corresponds to each course is then taken on line and graded immediately. Feedback is given for many questions. |
